All paid ticket categories are for licensed areas and restricted to 18+.
Tickets to the Family Zone provide free admission to an unlicensed area (all ages)
Up to 10x tickets can be purchased at once – Purchasers will need to log back into their Eventbrite account and add a name to every ticket before event day.
Every purchaser must agree to the event Terms & Conditions before completing their purchase – please take some time to read these carefully.
Refunds Policy
In the event of extreme weather or a change in COVID Alert Levels that impacts the delivery of the event, the whole event will be postponed to a later date and all tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.
If you aren’t available on the new date, or Alert Level restrictions prevent you from traveling to the event on any date, your tickets are fully refundable.
Refunds for withdrawals in Polo Lawn & VIP Pavilion ticket categories will only be given pre-event if Polo in the Bay is notified by email 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT DAY. All refunds will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the ticket price.
Refunds for withdrawals of Private Marquee purchases will only be given pre-event if Polo in the Bay is notified by email 30 DAYS BEFORE EVENT DAY. All refunds will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the ticket price.
